Italian Chicken and Chickpeas
I thought this was a very easy and good recipe that I will make again. I liked replacing the pasta with chickpeas - they are filling so you eat less, and also a healthier option than regular pasta. I did not find it at all spicy as some people claimed, in fact, I think I would increase the cayenne pepper next time. I made the sauce exactly as the recipe called, but I used pre-cubed chicken instead, and I cut the amount of chicken in half and replaced it with zucchini and broccoli. Overall, mine turned out great!
