Five Minute Ice Cream
This is a really good and very simple recipe. If you've got lots of fresh, ripe fruit, this is a great way to use it up. For those that said it's too sweet, you need to adjust the sugar amount if the fruit is super ripe. Start with 1/4 cup sugar, taste, and add more it you think it's not sweet enough. I also suggest not making more ice cream than you eat that same day, as it forms little ice crystals after being in the freezer overnight and the texture is completely changed. I learned after my first batch of "gritty" ice cream, that I had to grind the sugar first. Once I did that, I mixed the ground sugar with the heavy cream to dissolve it, then added the berries. Outstanding taste and flavor. I've also used this recipe with blueberries and we loved that too!

Homemade Hamburger Buns
I found and made this recipe for hamburger buns just this past Monday. While I'm no expert, I've tried my hand at making lots of breads, rolls and buns over the years. I've always been disappointed with the buns I've made. Too puffy, too dense, etc. Well, I shall look no more! Hands down, this is THE BEST recipe I've tried. Chef John's hamburger buns are gorgeous to look at, they have a wonderful taste, and they are the perfect texture. 2 days later, the leftovers are still very tasty. These are well worth the effort. I've found my perfect recipe for hamburger buns!!

Banana Banana Bread
I was looking for a recipe that had a bit less sugar than "classic" banana bread recipes. I tried this because of all the great reviews. I was very dissappointed. I even added 1Tbsp of cinnamon to the batter, but couldn't taste it over the banana flavor. Sorry.....will look for other recipes.
