Quick and Easy Cheese Bread
I tried following the other reviews by adding: 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 cup cheese and only 1 tbsp sugar. Think the original amount of cheese on the recipe would be sufficient. 1 1/2 cup cheese is too much, came out very dense and heavy but moist. Will follow amount of cheese stated on the original recipe next time. This is a good cheese bread recipe (good flavour and smell) but not the argentine cheese bread i was looking for.

Carrot Cake III
This cake was very moist and tasty and really easy to make. I baked it in 2 round baking tins and used another cream cheese icing recipe in the middle. It received rave reviews from all who tried it. I found that it is better if you let it sit overnight. It was a little crusty at the top and didn't smell as amazing as i expected when i took it out of the oven but the next morning it was soft and moist and and was really aromatic. (Perhaps the ingredients had a chance to mix and infuse)

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
This recipe really is amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't get fresh herbs so i used dried rosemary and dried basil instead. I let is sit in the oil and garlic overnight to infuse and the next morning it smelled superb! I stuffed the herbs in between the meat and the skin all the way to the drumsticks of the turkey. I followed some other tips like baking it with the breast side down and then turning it over for the last 40 mins and letting it stand for 30 mins after removing from the oven. It came out really moist and aromatic. Simply delicious! Was so good there was hardly any leftovers. thank you for sharing this recipe.
