My cooking triumphs
An entirely homemade chocolate-strawberry cake with chocolate whipped cream frosting that was a HUGE hit at the birthday party I took it to! And I cooked a full Christmas dinner complete with a whole stuffeed chicken all by myself this year.
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to recreate the Samoa Girl Scout cookies. Next time I will just buy a few extra boxes when the Girl Scouts come around.

Turkey and Yam Spicy Tacos
These were phenomenal! I don't like spicy food, but I halved the jalapenos and added some red bell peppers and it was great.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Yum, yum, yum. I followed recommendations on here and halved the sugar, using half white and half brown, and used applesauce for half of the oil. Even with gluten-free flour this came out AMAZING. My go-to zucchini bread recipe for sure.

Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad
I added pasta and used a Greek dressing recipe from this site (it's a red wine vinegar and lemon juice sauce) and it was outstanding. Make sure you allow enough time for it to chill.
