Old World Poppy Seed Roll
The ratio on pastry to poppyseed was off for my family. Too many poppyseeds. I will make a single loaf with the bread next time and cut the poppyseed mix in half. Maybe add a little more sugar to the bread dough to make up for the reduced sugar/poppyseed mixture.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
Good basic recipe. I used french bread, which gave it a light and delightful crispiness/chewiness that was just enough texture to make it interesting. Might try adding some pear or cranberries next time to add a little pizazz.

Breaded Brussels Sprouts
Won't make this again. The flavor was just kind of blah and doesn't justify the added fat of the butter.
