Toffee Crunch Cookies
Yummy cookies! 2 things: How did the first reviewer only end up with 14 cookies? Unless they were giant cookies? I had enough for 2 batches. (I also make my cookies small). Other thing is, I used Heath bits and omitted the pecans.. baked for 12 minutes because I prefer softer cookies, and they're still pretty chewy.. Not flat, either. Overall, I think these are amazing!

Spinach and Tortellini Salad
This was easy to prepare and very tasty! I used fresh spinach instead of frozen spinach and cooked it ever-so-slightly (added the spinach to the tortellini in the last minute that it was cooking and drained spinach + pasta together). I must not have rinsed it with cold enough water or for long enough, because the cheese melted slightly when combining the ingredients. It wasn't bad, but I think I might add the parmesan last or sprinkle it onto the finished plate next time.

Best Tuna Casserole
I've tried at least 2 or 3 different recipes for tuna casserole - none were nearly as good as this! Following one of the reviewer suggestions, I used 3 cans of soup instead of 2, and added 1/2 c of skim milk. This casserole is excellent!!
