I was unable to get shoulder roast so I used boneless county ribs since I have used that in the past for pulled prok recipes. We thought this recipe was ok but we didn't love it. It was salty when tasted alone but tasted less salty when on the bread and with pineapple but still a little too salty for us. I don't want to be the negative one rating a recipe but I guess I am! We probably won't make it again.
