Butternut Squash Casserole

Absolutely delicious! I will make it again! I didn't have wafers so i crushed oatmeal honey bars and added crushed walnuts for the topping. It was so yummy!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

This is a great recipe though I never have white pepper to use or parsley flakes! I made this twice and both times used oregano instead of parsley and balsamic vinegar instead of worcestershire sauce. So in reality I never really tried this exact recipe! LOL! But my guests loved it just as much as we loved it! We used flat iron steak as another reviewer and must say its probably the best cut of meat for this! I am a huge fan of flat iron steak ever since!

I took these to a cookie exchange party and had someone tell me how good they were compared to the store bought ones! Its a very simple and easy recipe though it will not yield 72 cookies. I think I got 40 or 45 something like that. I used 1 tsp vanilla and black raspberry jam. Also rolled them in crushed walnuts as another reviewer. 12 min was perfect for my oven. Any longer made them too brown and toasty.

Jalapeno Jelly

I made this jalapeno jelly recipe as my first canning experience and I have to say it was very easy to make! I used 8 cups of sugar and it is so sweet that I hardly doubt it made any difference in taste. Also I used pectin powder (1 box) since I couldn't find the liquid one in our local grocery store. I also used electric chopper to chop everything. I would suggest this recipe to everyone. It is very delicious!
