Garlic Chicken

Well, the chicken is most and there's lots of garlic flavor. All plusses! We just thought a bit of salt would have been a nice touch. Will definitely make again and try that as well. I agree with another review - don't skimp the parmesan. That adds a great dimension to the flavor.

Peanut Chewies

Well, I thought I they would taste like a Payday bar as another reviewer mentioned. It didn't - at lest not to me. However, when I got that notion out of my head, I realized it did taste good. It was very peanut buttery but still light tasting. It was also stretchy due to the marshmallows and the mixture on top. I only added 1 cup of salted peanuts since it was optional - next time I'll add 2. If you like peanut butter - you'll like these.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Wow - that is all I can say. The homemade croutons put this over the top. The dressing is simple but great. An awesome bonus of the dressing is it doesn't have to be refrigerated or made need time to chill. You can just make it and use it - very nice! Cutting the basil took a long time but then again, I'm not so good at chopping basil. I ended up adding some dry basil just to help out and it was still great. Thanks for the amazing recipe!

Key West Chicken

This was good. I'm not much of a fan for just chicken in marinade but I was looking for a marinade I could use that I would then use the chicken for a salad. This was very good. Not overpowering. I will try again to just eat the chicken alone but as I mentioned, I'm not much of a fan of fairly plain chicken.

Barbeque Chicken

Really good. I love the sauce. Next time I will double it. I read reviews and many said the sauce was runny. So I only put in 2Tblsp of water and after it simmered it was thick -just wish I had more. I even overcooked it on accident because I was outside and the chicken was still tender!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Very good. I have made this before, just by throwing things together in a pinch but have sometimes had dry pork chops. This recipe solved it for me. Very easy and good dinner.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Excellent soup. Very easy to make. I have also made Becca's Taco Soup and prefer this recipe - it had more flavor - spice and salt to our liking but both were excellent. I was nervous after reading a review saying this was basically chili. As I put it together, I thought the same thing but after it cooking all day, it was a thinner consistency than chili yet still a chunky/heart soup. Next time I make it, I will omit 1 can of the beans (personal preference -we're not big fans).

Grandma's Chicken Chardon

This chicken was awesome! I have lots of chicken recipes with bread crumbs and they all come out about the same - bland chicken with a little bit of crunch. To be fair, I'm not a huge fan of chicken and I do not like bland food. So, I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe which had a lot of flavor and wasn't too dry - despite me overcooking it a bit. I used 1# of chicken rather than 6 breasts. 1# of chicken was 1 1/2 jumbo chicken breasts and I pounded them a little thinner, cut them into smaller pieces and kept all of the other ingredients the same. Very good - will make again. I changed NOTHING except the amount of chicken.

Crispy Orange Beef

Very good. The texture was a bit off for me a little pasty I guess is a good word. Not sure how to describe it. Maybe I used too much cornstarch or didn't cook the beef long enough. Will make again though because it was good and will experiment with above mentioned items and see if comes out more to my liking. Still a great recipe!

Excellent recipe. I did not poke the bratwurst as other reviewers said not to and we did have 1 bratwurst burst on the grill. Still, the rest did fine and all tasted great!

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

Pretty good recipe. I didn't have fresh herbs and spices and I'm sure that would have made it better but the chicken was a little overcooked, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I will make it again and follow others' advice and cook it for less time and maybe add the butter mixture to the chicken as well as more parmesan too. That should make it 5 stars.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Unbelievable! Even though I was an idiot and cooked it on high for 7 hours - it still came out awesome. Can't wait to follow the directions correctly the next time. Warning: it does take a bit of prep in morning so plan accordingly if going to work. Took about 30 min of prep but the next time it will be about 20 min since I'll be familiar with the recipe.

Cranberry Chicken III

Surprisingly good. We're not huge cranberry fans but this was delicious. Kids ate all their chicken which made me happy! My husbands wasn't up for grilling so I used the George Foreman and it worked well enough. I'm sure the grill would have been better. I kept the sauce the same but I only had half the amount of chicken. I liked having the extra sauce though to serve on the side. Warning: use the small can of cranberry of half a can or regular. I thought I was cutting the sauce in half but then realized the can was not the same as called for in recipe. Still great flavor!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Very good and easy. A different way to enjoy hamburgers. I followed a reviewers advice and ate them on Hawaiian sweet rolls and it was okay but the flavors seemed to clash for me. Next time I'll try regular rolls - personal taste I guess. Still a great recipe that you can adjust to your own liking.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Excellent - very easy to make! I was really stunned. We thought it was good enough to eat right after it was made. We refrigerated it overnight and the next day it seemed a little soupy but it still tasted great - even better. The amount of sauce is easy to adjust to your own liking.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Very Good - I added quite a bit more hoisen sauce as the mixture seemed dry and lacking flavor. I used iceberg lettuce because I couldn't find Boston Bibb, but iceberg wasn't a good choice because it didn't roll well. I definitely will make again and just try doubling the sauce to make sure there is enough.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Very easy and delicious. Next time I will make more gravy. I substituted white wine for the sherry because I didn't have it and for 1 Tblsp I thought I could either add water or swap it out. I didn't notice any difference.
