AWESOME! I made this for Superbowl yesterday and people RAVED about it. I had no sherry and used rice vinegar instead. Followed everything else to the T. Will be making again and again!! Thanks.

World's Best Lasagna

Oh MY LORD! THIS IS THE BEST LASAGNA I EVER HAD!!! I made it the night before eating it. Followed the ingredients to the T. But I took some other reviewer's advice and made the sauce and did not cook it at all! Threw everything together after cooking the meat. While the meat was cooking the noodles were in almost boiling water (the kettle started to steam but not whistle) for about 30 mins. Absolute DELICIOUSNESS! The fennel really gives this dish a special flavor. My daughter woke up this morning and asked if there was any left. She'll have more tonight with cheesy garlic bread. Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe!!

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

I wrote this the first time: "Definitely leave the cream out. Too soupy but yummy! I added a white onion and jalapeno pepper. Would make it even spicier next time. Just in time for SB Sunday!" BUT I left it in the frig for a couple of hours and warmed some up for my daughter later in the evening. I must say PERFECT even with the milk! The soupy deal is right after making it. Let it sit and having it warmed was YUM ZUM!!
