Quick and tasty! Only took 18 minutes in the oven @ 350 for the pork to reach 145*. Will definitely make again.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
I read the other reviews about roasting at 400 and I'm glad I did, some of the pieces were blackened even at the lower temp. Was a little lacking in flavor, next time I will double the garlic and add other spices.

Caramelized Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
With such a high star rating and so many reviews I had high hopes for these. I should have heeded the reviews and adjusted accordingly. These were entirely too sweet, even the kids didn't enjoy them. Will decrease PB to 1Tbs, add some heat & see if they're better.

Little Meat Loaves

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
I've never been a big fan of meatloaf but this recipe is delish! I chose to put these in a muffin pan and ended up with 16 muffin sized loaves, 8 for tonight, 8 flash frozen and bagged for a later meal. Baked them for 30 minutes & got mini meat loaf perfection. Definitely a keeper!

My Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Quick, easy & delicious! I didn't have dry au jus mix so I used half a pkg of dry onion soup mix instead. Will definitely make again!
