Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
I really did enjoy this, Did use it, but would not. I added 1/2 cup of extra dry vermoutth and 1/2 cuphicken broth . Cooked down and then added the whipping cream and mustard. Used a stone ground mustard added fresh tarragon very very good.

Chicken with a Creamy Marsala Sauce
It was very good, simple too make. I cooked the sauce down and added a little more Marsala and fresh parsley for color. A definite keeper!

PBM Sandwich
We grew up on these and my kids love them and they are now adults. The "fluffernutter" is a total classic.
