This recipe was so good! Everyone in my family hates eggplant, but they LOVED this! I have made this several times and I always get lots of compliments.

Mexican Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
Very easy and super good! I did change a few things though. I added one small tube of regular sausage to the beef just because it is what I had in my freezer and instead of 1 can, I used 2 cans of tomatoes. I also added garlic, onions, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to the meat while I was browning it. When layering I sprayed the pan and put tortillas on the bottom, then cheese, meat, tortillas, salsa, and then cheese. Served with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Amazing!!! I made this the other night and it was a big hit! I added mushrooms to the cheese mixture just because I love mushrooms and they add a great flavor. Only make half of the cheese mixture. A whole batch is just way too much. I made my own tomato sauce and added sauteed mushrooms on the top before serving! Delicious!!

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
This was GREAT with a few changes. I left out the rum just because I didn't have any on hand and used ground cloves instead. I also substituted evaporated milk in place of the light cream. Everyone loved it!

The best egg muffins ever! The veggies can be left out, but it is better with them!

Chocolate Covered Cherries

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
DELICIOUS! Please note that they do get better the longer they sit. The first night I didn't think they were very good but several days later they were a hundred times better! We made them for Christmas baskets and everyone was impressed!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
Everyone raved about this over Thanksgiving. The only problem I had is that it wanted to crumble in the towel. Next time I will use a cheese cloth...I heard that they work better.

Cherry Delight Dessert

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
We have made this as long as I can remember. We never used powdered sugar in the crust but instead brown sugar. And we have always changed up the topping...strawberry, blueberry, cherry, even chocolate. This is a great dessert and so easy! My grandparents ask for it everytime we see them. :)

Made this last night and it was so yummy! Very tender and juicy. Not oily at all. Served with veggies and rice, but next time I will serve with pasta and sauce.

Daddy's Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
This is AMAZING! I added more sausage but reduced the amount of peppers just because that is what I had. I used hot sausage but next time I would use sweet/mild and green bell peppers. I also used 2 cans of diced tomatoes with the oregano and italian seasonings in it and I am glad I did. It wouldn't have had enough tomatoes in my opinion with only 1 can. I served this over spaghetti...next time I will have italian bread on the side to soak up the juices. Will make this again and again!

Blueberry Breakfast Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
This was great tasting and I will make it again but it had too many blueberries and not enough sauce in my opinion. I put it on pancakes so I was wanting something a little more "saucy". I will add more water next time. Great recipe overall!!

Supreme Strawberry Topping

This was sooo good and very easy. It is very versatile too and can be changed to taste easily. I made this with fresh strawberries and poured over pancakes instead of using syrup. Delicious!! I will make this again!

Creamy Strawberry Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
I made these the other morning for breakfast and everyone loved them. Next time I may reduce the sugar a bit since I thought they were a little extra sweet but overall they were great! They are very time-consuming but worth it if you have the time. :) Oh and I used the dessert crepes on this website for my crepes and used this recipe for the filling.
