I used a 2 lb. london broil, 1 can beef broth, 1 bottle light beer and an enevelope of onion soup mix. Also sauteed an onion and 4 garlic cloves and threw that in. Spooned beef/onions onto rolls, spinkled with mozzarella cheese and melted under broiler. served with butterd, salted corn on the cob. rave reviews from old men AND picky ten-year olds.
