Graham Cracker Crust II
This is a great recipe if you do not want the extra sweetness in the standard recipe. I use the boxed Honey Maid Cracker Crumbs (hey-anything to save time!) There is a tip on the box that says "dip bottom of pie plate in hot water for a few seconds before serving". This works great-makes removing the pieces lots easier.

Cinnamon Rolls III
Made these yesterday after reading reviews for Clone of a Cinnabon and this recipe. Dough rose beautifully in bread machine up to top of pan and almost to viewing window. I am an experienced cook but have less experinece baking bread. Had a little trouble rolling dough evenly and it kept springing back. After reading tips elsewhere I think if I had let dough rest for a few minutes it would have rolled out easier. Tried the advise of other reviewers and mixed butter, sugar and cinnamon together and then spead. This method was too difficult to spread evenly, I will do it next time the traditional way. Great recipe, really a keeper. I would welcome any other tips from expert bread makers on rolling out the dough!

Million Dollar Cake
Made this cake today, leaving in the frig overnite so haven't tasted yet but looks beautiful and icing tasted yummy. A word of warning: I broke one of my glass pyrex 8" cake pans (which I love) and cannot find them anymore. I bought 2 metal non stick (not!) in 9". First, 8" layers would be easier to split, will definitely do that next time. Also, I would use parchment paper to be sure I don't have the sticking problem. Huge thanks to reviewer emmcelle for the tip about the dental floss, works like a charm.
