Rich Chocolate Frosting

Yum! This frosting is to die for. Made it to go with chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes and it was the perfect match! I think I forgot to add the vanilla extract but it was still delicious! Easy to pipe onto the cupcakes and even after two days tasted fresh! Hardens a little too so it's not so easily ruined. Definitely going into my recipe book.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

I ran out of my favorite honey mustard and really wanted some for dinner with chicken nuggets. I found this recipe and decided to give it a go since I had almost all the ingredients (I had no lemon juice but had lemon dijon mustard so I used that instead). It wasn't half bad. It was a little too sweet for me but good for how quick and easy it was to put together.

Angel Food Candy

I tried this for Christmas Eve since I had never heard of it before and looked yummy. I didn't read the reviews before so it didn't turn out as well as it could have. The candy was hard and I thought it was going to break a few teeth in the process. I do want to try this again but with recommended changes and see how it goes.

Deviled Eggs

My family are deviled-egg-holics!!! These were very creamy and I had read to be very careful with the salt as the recipe as-is can be too much for some, but I didn't feel the same. My sister-in-law said they were too sweet but she did end up eating lots! Everyone else loved them though.

Sweetened Whipped Cream

Wow! Homemade whipped cream makes all the difference. I was afraid that it wouldn't stiffen but all of a sudden, I had this wonderful consistency that was soft and delicious! Very good on any pie or cheesecake.

Caramel Pecan Pie

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was very good! If you like a gooey, rich pecan pie, then this is the one for you. The caramel makes up a majority of the pie so if you don't have a sweet tooth, you might do better with a traditional pecan pie, but if you want a tasty twist for those with decadent taste, then try this :).

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

Made this as an alternative to pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving. My whole family enjoyed it very much and kept on complimenting how it tasted very similiar to a pumpkin pie but better and "different", but it a good way! I will definitely be making this again.

Vegan-Friendly Caramel Buttercream

I made this to go along with a vegan chocolate cake for a vegan coworker's birthday. I had a little trouble following the first part of the recipe and the consistency was a little off at first, but I added a small amount more soy milk and it was slightly better.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

This cake was really delicious. I couldn't even tell it was vegan (I made it as a birthday cake for a vegan coworker) and I think this is one recipe that I will be making as it's just as good, if not better, than a "regular" chocolate cake.

Pumpkin Brownies

This recipe was very good. The brownie batter was so delicious, I almost just ate that :). It would be a good way to get rid of leftover pumpkin from Thanksgiving. I didn't add the nuts so maybe next time I will try that and it might get five stars instead of four.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

I don't personally eat carrot cake but I wanted a special treat for my dad's birthday so I took on the challenge of these cupcakes. He said they were awesome, but like others, you are left over with WAY too much frosting. But they sure did smell good in the oven!!

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are quite good. Couldn't taste the difference with sour cream, though they were more moist than the typical blueberry muffin. They would probably taste heavenly if I were to heat them up and put a little butter on it. Yum!

I found this recipe after searching for a way to use leftover pumpkin from making pumpkin bread. I was very happy with these, even though I hate changing the servings because sometimes the result doesn't taste right. They were very soft and delicious and I will definitely be making them again.
