Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

A good starters recipe for this soup. Even though it isn't the original recipe any more.... I added some carrots and did what other reviewers said by adding sweet onion instead of regular. I also made it with some fresh parsley sprigs, dried lime leaves, bay leaves, cheddar cheese and smoked cheddar cheese. Maybe I will make it as is next time and see how I like it to give it a fair rating. Otherwise, it was good!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Buttery Corn Bread

This is a great recipe. It is very sweet which I like but others may not :) I did take advice from someone else and do more corn bread than it calls for. So I did half regular flour and half cornmeal...turned out amazing! I had it with homemade chili...mmmm.

Easy Pizza Sauce I

The only thing I did differently I used about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, sautéed minced garlic (2 cloves) and finely chopped white onion (2 slices) for about 5 mins. I did not have a few hours to spare while it sat (like the recipe calls for). So I put the tomato paste in a non-stick frying pan and added water until it was at a consistency I liked and added the rest of the ingredients (including the sautéed onion and garlic) and brought it to a boil and let it simmer for about 30 mins I ended up adding more water occasionally because the longer i let it simmer the thicker the sauce gets. Very Yummy!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

My first time making a crust, it was very good! I added some dried oregano and basil...added a nice flavor. I also suggest preparing the pizza on what you are going to be baking it on because I didn't and had to transfer it from the counter to the pizza stone...it ended up looking funny but still tasted good!

Cinnamon Rolls I

This is a good recipe and very yummy! Although, I did not have milk powder so instead i used regular 2% milk. I used 3/4 cup warm water and 2 1/2 tablespoons 2% milk. I let the dough rise longer and the dough was great! I also had no ice cream, so i melted some butter in the microwave and added some brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon until it was consistency of the caramel they use in this recipe. They turned out great!
