Fragrant and Healthy Carrot Cake

Loved it! So fragrant! Was able to use everything it called for, except used coconut oil. Also 100% whole wheat. Added chia seeds and flaxseeds. This is the perfect cake to add all kinds of healthy add-ons! My kids loved it!

Megan's Granola

I always add more oats (old fashioned), halved the almonds (love big chucks), and didn't have maple syrup so left that out along with sunflower seeds. I will add banana chips and dried papaya next time, once cooked. Oh, and dates taste pretty good too.

I love how these have hardly any sugar, yet, have just the right sweetness. I followed this exactly and am happy with results. Used olive oil, too. May try with a little clove.

Marmalade Chews

Was surprised these came out so good... Moist and chewy. I used 3/4 c brown sugar, half white and half whole wheat flour, no nutmeg, 1/4 tsp orange zest. My kids love them. Rated 4 stars cuz a changed it a bit.

Honey Baked Chicken II

This one goes into our weekly menu plan. So easy, I love to burn the edges of the chicken. Also slice a whole onion and add to the bubbling sauce. The onions candy nicely and it's war with my hubby to see who gets the most.

Cut-Out Cookies Made with Oat Flour

5 stars for the chewy oat-like flavor with orange and lemon extract. Added wheatgerm, ground flaxseed and whole wheat flour. Came out great with only using 1/2c of all purpose flour. I halved the recipe, only half c butter available.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Wonderfull! I added cranberries and used fresh pineapple, blended. Used brown only 1c brown sugar and 1c whole wheat instead of 2 all purpose. I love Healthy!

This is for sure a health freaks recipe. I use 100% whole wheat and of course brown sugar. This is my favorite! Obviously, if you are not fond of molasses....Don't try it!

Whole Wheat Muffins

I enjoyed these very much, came out great for me. Healthy! Added cheese and pizza spices for a pizza muffin. Will decrease the sugar next time and maybe just add honey for pizza muffins.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Some reviews found the chicken bland and I think the secret to that is add 1tsp salt to the mix or rub into chicken, add cayenne pepper as well. My hubby loved this one even though I over cooked it. It still came out great. Used butter milk to soak, and cook bacon a little before wrapping, but it shrinks so harder to wrap.

Peanut Butter Balls VIII
