Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2014
Yummy and worth the extra work. I did take the advise of one of the reviews and blended the sour cream, cream cheese into the penne pasta, also a suggestion from someone, I agree the penne pasta gave this heavier sauce more support. Definitely a keeper recipe and super easy to make

Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2014
Oh Mercy this was wonderful. I watched the video, follow instructions and voila.. the only changes I had to made was I did not have fresh basil and used dried, and substituted spaghetti sauce for the tomato sauce.. I also used mozzarella that was pre shredded instead of fresh... My Husband was speechless! I did cook about 4 minutes each side in the Olive Oil because of high altitude. Better than anything I have ever ordered in a restaurant.

Oh Mercy, this is the BEST Pecan pie I have ever made in my life. The only change I had to make was using Soy Milk as I was out of regular milk. High Altitude, no change. Did cook a little faster than I thought. This pie will make you famous even if you don't have good luck making pies! My husband is still drooling

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
What a delight.... I did crush some pecans, finely chopped and put into graham cracker crust. I added about 3/4 cup. I didn't have expresso- so I just made a strong fresh pot of regular coffee and it came out perfect...still using the amount called for. Cooking it in a water bath is the answer, no cracks at all. Thanks for this incrediable, easy recipe

Butter Snow Flakes

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
No Cookie Press needed! I didn't have one, and want to make this recipe..OH my DOG...are these amazing. I followed instructions, no changes to dough. Then I chopped pecans very finely and rolled 1 tsp size balls, and then rolled them in the pecans. Then took a small juice glass bottom and pressed them out a bit. Tried to cook in balls also, not so good. They need to be flattened a little. Cook time was still about 15 minutes.. WOW... Best cookie I have ever had Enjoy

WOW! The glaze on this Ham is incrediable. I did brown the ham steak as instructed. I did not have OJ so used another review and added apple juice instead. I was afraid it would not have enough Orange flavor so added in 1/2 teaspoon of Orange extract. Just amazing thank you so much!
