Savory Mushroom Sauce
As others have said, this is a very good base recipe! Mine turned out good after tweaking it a little. I did about 5 TBSP of butter because I doubled the mushrooms, added 1 extra clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. season salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp basil, and the stated amount of onion. I subsituted 1 cup of half and half and 1 cup of chicken stock for the milk. I served on top of steak and red potatoes. The taste turned out great, the only downside was it was too thick. I only used 2 TBSP of flour, but the sauce still turned out like a thick gravy. Next time I won't add any flour at all. Thanks for this recipe and thanks to all those who gave their suggestions as well!

Portobello Mushroom Sauce
This was ok. I was looking for a recipe that tasted like Steak Diane, one of my favorite dishes. This sauce looked just like it, but the taste fell short. It was a little too sweet, and I reduced the wine by more than half. I even added 2 cloves of garlic, season salt and garlic powder and it was still too sweet.

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken
This was very very good! Not a meal I would make if I needed dinner in a hurry, but it was worth the time! The sauce was delicious, I might skip adding the water next time to thicken it up a little. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic and added about a tsp. of extra garlic powder in the soup mixture and to add more flavor and it was yummy! I covered the chicken with aluminum foil during baking to prevent it from drying out and my chicken turned out pretty moist! Thank you for this great recipe, will definitely be making again!
