Creamy Garlic and Onion Spaghetti

This was so good it rocked my face off!!!!!! Creamy, hearty, and the kind of pasta you dream about making but don't because you didn't have THIS recipe until now! This was soooooo simple to do, and something our family loved - NO leftovers. Next time I'll double it for the 4 of us so there'll be enough for later.

Easy Chicken Korma

This was a good, authentic, basic recipe, as good as what you would expect from an Indian restaurant. A couple of notes - (1) as-is this has NOOOOO heat, so if you like it spicy have a bottle of sriacha handy (you'll need it). (2) My chicken came out overdone and dry even though I followed instructions to the tee - I assume the heat was too hot even at medium, and recommend heating lower than medium to prevent this.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

LOVED this for holiday get togethers. Use the Marie Callendar's Cheese & Garlic Croutons as others suggest, and try HOT sausage for an extra kick... last, if you are making this for Christmas, try adding red and green bell peppers, which add a nice crunch AND are perfectly colored for the season!

Lemon Asparagus Risotto

Do yourself a favor - don't change a thing the first time you make this recipe. Follow the instructions exactly, give it the time and attention it deserves, and you will have a winning dish. If you prefer bigger (or less) flavors, try it only AFTER you taste it as it's meant - great recipe as is!!

Herb Roasted Pork

Seriously, this marinade rocked my face off.... I did as the other reviewers recommended and doubled the rub, tripled the glaze (serving it in dishes on the side for my diners), and it was awesome. So good, in fact, that I saved both the sauce and the leftover pork, and turned it in to sweet and sour stir fry the next dy ( with some fresh pineapple, green beans, chopped carrots, and broccoli over rice - a perfect use of leftovers, and two incredible company worthy dishes... Kudos
