Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
I followed the recipe exactly except I used my own topping. It looked like there wasn't going to be enough to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan, so I used a 9x9. The cake rose well (almost tripled in size), but it was VERY dense. It tasted delicious, so I think next time I will try the 9x13 pan.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Great muffins! I used fresh pumpkin and didn't add the water because my pumpkin was a little watery anyway. I took the advice of others and upped the amount of spices and pumpkin. I used golden raisins instead of chocolate chips and they turned out delicious! Would definitely make again!

Cheddar Baked Chicken
By far, one of the best Chicken recipes I've come across! I just made one chicken breast for myself, so I obviously cut back on the amount of ingredients. I didn't have garlic powder or the rice cereal, but I did add some grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture and used white Cheddar cheese. The chicken was moist with a delicious crunchy shell. I served it with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Would definitely make it again! :)
