I just made these for a friend and myself and they were AWESOME! I only did the bread crumb dunk once and they turned out crispy, tasty and delicious. Yum! Thanks for sharing!!!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2011
I know this is no where near traditional, but I made it for a Cinco de Mayo party we had and they were gone before I even served the main course (they were sitting on the counter while I was making final preparations for our tacos). Thanks for sharing!

Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken Sausage

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2011
These were ok. They were great for a light meal (I paired with a cup of soup). Everyone ate them, but I just wasn't as "wowed" as I'd hoped to be. Thank you for sharing!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2011
These were excellent!!! It is the first fish recipe I've made that my husband liked and then ate the remaining filet alone after finishing 2 tacos! I loved the salsa as well! I did reduced the spices using only half the reccomended amount of cayenne, keeping the salt and pepper the same and I added a tbs of cumin because I love the flavor. I hate to wight a review after I've modified, but I think when it comes to spices you sometimes have to adjust to your liking. I think its a shame for the people that can't find jicama because it truly MAKES the salsa. It adds the perfect crunch and while its flavor is so mild you don't miss out on all the other flavors. Excellent, excellent recipe! Thank you for sharing this!

Roasted Vidalia Onions

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
Easy, simple and delicious. I use chicken boullion just because I prefer that flavor to the beef, but this is truly a perfect, low cal side to any piece of meat. Thanks for sharing!

Homemade Salami

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
This was excellent and so easy. Definitely more of a summer sausage than salami. I've made it and shared it with 3 other couples, once at a big party, and have had people truly "wowed" that it was homemade. They don't believe me when I tell them how easy it is! Thanks for sharing!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
I put the brown sugar mix on top of the meatloaf. Other than that, I made it exactly as stated and it turned out wonderful. VERY moist. Very tasty. We had just a small piece left over and I used it mixed up with eggs the next morning for my husband's breakfst (minus the brown sugar topping). Thanks for sharing!

Open Face Mozzarella Sandwich

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
Simple, delicious and made with tomatoes and basil from my garden made them oh-so-fresh! We ate these with asparagus soup for a light dinner one night. Even my kids enjoyed them, which I found odd since they cringe at any sort of "leaf" in their food! Thanks for sharing!

Spicy Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
These may be one of the top 3 turkey burger recipes I've ever had. They were moist, flavorful and delicious. I am the only one in my family of 5 that will eat turkey burgers so I wrapped the leftover (uncooked) patties in plastic wrap, slid them into a freezer bag and put them in the freezer. They can then be made after thawing or frozen. Thanks for sharing!

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
This was exceptionally delicious! I marinated about 6 hours. My husband ate an entire tenderloin himself! It was the juiciest tenderloin I've ever had and had so much flavor. We will be making this again, for sure! The only thing I did differently was to grill the meat as opposed to cooking it inside. Thank you for sharing!!!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
These were fantastic! I made them for my kids one day and I ended up having them as well. I was nervous before making them, expecting them to be soggy like so many other recipes I've tried similar to this one. I took other reviewers advice and baked them on cooling racks placed on a cookie pan. They turned out crisp and juicy. Perfect! Thank you for sharing!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
These were pretty tasty. My husband (a pure carnivore, like most men) liked them, too. You cannot make these; however, expecting a "burger". They taste nothing like beef burgers. That said, they are still tasty and a great way to try something different. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
This is an excellent recipe with great flavor. I like to serve it with white rice and steamed snow peas. My 5, 3 and 2 year old always ask for seconds and sometimes thirds when I make this! Thank you for sharing!
