Cream Cheese Cookies IV
Best cookies ever! Followed the recipe almost perfectly... the only change was that I used lemon cake mix instead of yellow & then I iced with lemon frosting while hot. These were some of the most delicious cookies I have ever had! They taste just like I got them at the deli that is down the road!!!! They are definitely hard to mix and my mixer felt like it was about to burn out while trying, but they were worth it! They also looked amazing (some reviewers said they weren't appealing to the eye but mine were) So good!!!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
My husband and I both took one bite and we were done. All we could taste was root beer...and we both hate root beer. I used a little more than the 12 oz of root beer since other reviews said they couldn't taste it. Man, that was the wrong move!!! It was moist and tender, but could not get past that root beer taste. If you like root beer, then this is a good recipe, if not, then I wouldn't recommend. Needless to say, we won't be trying this one again.

Baked Salmon II
Love this recipe. It is so quick and easy. I don't use the precise measurements, just toss it all in a ziploc bag, mix it up, and then put the salmon in the bag and let sit for about an hour or so. I don't wrap the salmon individually, instead I put it all in a glass dished and loosely wrap with aluminum foil. I bake for about 25 minutes and its done. Perfection every time!
