Pad Thai

This recipe is quite good. However, I did change the recipe some & it turned out AMAZING. It was just as good, if not better than any restaurant version. First of all, I used Tofu in addition to chicken. Also, I substituted the white wine vinegar, fish sauce (yuck), and white sugar for an entirely different sauce. The local grocery store sells a Thai Peanut sauce which is a Leann Chin version. I used this as my sauce. I also added this to the chicken as I was cooking it. I used the pepper to taste. Also, I squeezed an entire lime into it. I like mine to be a little tangy & I know they use lime at my local restaurants. YUM!!
