Italian-Style Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2003
This is by far the best recipe for pork tenderloin I have ever eaten. My husband said it was incredible, but do I want to spend 2 days in prep? Preperation was minimal and the flavor was wonderful. I did not have red peppers or browning sauce, I did use olive oil on the onions and mushrooms. Cooked on the grill until done. GREAT

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2002
Recipe is quick, easy and delicious. I have made this on average of twice a month since I found it. It is an excellent dish when you want something nice after a hard days work or for serving to company. If I have'nt had lemons on hand I leave it out, still great. We always have shrimp in the freezer and all of the other ingredients. Sometimes I use half butter and half olive oil. Any size shrimp can be used just cook accordingly.Precooked shrimp can be tough,it is best to peel your own. Thanks to Kimber for sharing.

Big Ed's Cajun Shrimp Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2002
I prepared this recipe while I was working behind a bar and served it at happy hour. I doubled the recipe but added a pound of scallops instead of extra scrimp. It was a big hit. Mostly men in the bar.
