This was just okay for me. I did not like the flavor that the lemon juice gave the dish. My husband said it was good but needs to be creamier. I did not have chips so I used French Fried Onions and that was good. I would suggest leaving out the lemon juice and add more mayo or a can of cream of mushroom might be good too.

Salsa Chicken

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

I followed others advice and used less sugar. My mom commented on how much she liked them because they weren't as sweet as similar sweet potato dishes. I used milk instead of cream because I didn't have any. Will make these again and again.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

My husband loved these. I thought they would be dry, but they were not! I like saucy stuff, so next time I'll try enchilada sauce like ohters suggested. I just did not have any in the pantry. Also, my picky 3 year old asked for seconds!

Nanny's Goulash

I served this over white rice and it was very good. The basil adds a lot of flavor. My teenage son thought he wouldn't like it, but before I knew it he was getting a second helping! Thanks for sharing.
