Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
Good basic white bread, soft and fluffy. I am not sure what I did wrong the first time except my water was too hot, it came out super flat. Second time I did the right temp and it was great!

Anisette Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
These are better than delicious! I cut off the ends and ate them while the cookies were baking and they are so delicious I am pulling them out of the oven to eat because they are THAT good!!!! I am a big Stella Dora Anisette toast, but I can't get them where I am in Hawaii and these blow them away. So incredibly delicious!!!! Thank you thank you thank you for the recipe!!!

Almond Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
This was my first attempt at biscotti and although everyone liked them I felt they needed more flavor. I did vanilla extract and a splash of almond extract and I think next time I will try the anise. I am thinking lemon and almond together would be really good. Nice and easy to make :)

Oatmeal Molasses Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Amazing bread!!! I did the whole thing in my bread maker, but put the yeast on top of everything since I was putting it on a 12 hour cycle so it would be ready in the morning and it was fantastic!!! it was chewy, rich and dense and was just plain amazing!!!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
Good pancakes, maybe needs a stronger flavor, possibly more spices or maybe using real maple syrup rather than store bought would make this 5 stars instead of 4.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
This was really good and like more everyone else on here I made modifictions. I didn't have all the cheeses so I used 5 oz of velvetta, a whole kraft block of Colby/Monterey jacket and about 2 cups of sharp cheddar and left everything else the same, it was great!!!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
This was extremely good and I have a feeling tomorrow it will be even better after all the flavors soak in. I used half the amount of butter and it was more than enough! I also put it in two 9" pans and decreased the cooking time and it served 4 hungry people for lunch with a whole pie left over! Very good!

Light Oat Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
My first bread maker experience and this was so simple and great for sandwiches! I am in Hawaii and bread is really expensive and this was a inexpensive alternative that taste better than store bought bread.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
Great recipe, extremely easy! My first time making rolls and it was easy! I let both batches rise on the counter covered, one on a cookie sheet and the other on a flat board and didn't realize you can't transfer after they rise because then they collapse. So, I had one amazing puffy batch of rolls and one that were good but lacking the fluffiness. So first time bread makers, no transferring after the bread rises :) Tasted great!
