Banana Crumb Muffins
Wonderful -- used 1/3 cup canola oil instead of butter, added 1 tsp cinnamon in batter (also a dash of pumpkin pie spice) & doubled cinnamon for topping as other reviewers have suggested. I used dark brown sugar in the topping and I'm glad I did - it kept enough moisture through baking to give it a perfectly crisp topping while the inside was very moist due to the oil. I am not sure light brown sugar would have held as well. I definitely will make these again and some with nuts

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Important: If you are making this outside the bird, make it with chicken BROTH not stock. Broth is from meat and stock is from bones -- you need flavor from meat to make this stuffing savory. I made it with both broth & stock and the BROTH version was WAY better. Made with both fresh & dried herbs on seperate occasions and couldn't really tell a difference, although the fresh herbs were pretty. I used Jimmy Dean sage pork sausage instead of turkey. Also... on Thanksgiving I made 2 batches - one for His family and one for mine. The one for His family was AWESOME, but the one for mine tasted a little off. Good, but something was missing. Then I realized I forgot the butter on the second batch -- it does make a difference! Also, I thought this tastes better with sweet dried cranberries I got from Whole Foods than with Craisins.

Cranberry Sauce
Awesome! SO EASY and a total hit. I converted a few canned-cranberry loving folks! I don't even like cranberry sauce and thought this was great.
