Hearty Ham Casserole

This was good but not great. The flavor was good but it was a bit too soupy for me. Could be a good starter recipe.

Frank's Spicy Alabama Onion Beer Chili

Just finished making this and OMG it is like torture having to wait the 2 days. I tasted it and it is absolutely delicious and smells sooo good. It is going to be hard to wait to eat it but I will manage. I did everything as written but added about 2.5 minced garlic cloves. Thanks for a great recipe!

Key West Penne

Not a fan at all. Way too soupy. Pretty bland sauce anyway, its just cream and paremsan cheese. I wont make this again!

Swordfish a la Siciliana

Traditional Indiana Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich

This was SOO good! I baked my own rolls which made this dish absolutly perfect! SO good with pickles, mayo, mustard and lettuce. Mmm...Thanks!

Indiana-Style Fried Cabbage

This was great! My boyfriend who loves anything with cabbage, said it was amazing and its his new favorite recipe. I had to cut down on the bacon a bit because I did not have enough, but it was soooo yummy just the same! Thanks!

RamJam Chicken

This was very yummy! I just threw the chicken with the marinade in a pan and cooked it that way. This marinade is yummy. Use some leftover marinade and put it over rice, YUM!

Charleston Shrimp 'n' Gravy

Sangria a la Las Vegas Round Up 2011

This was good but a tad bit too potent for me. It could be because I had to use key limes (because it was all I had). When I added a lot of ice, it helped water it down a bit and was much better. In all, good flavor but will cut down on the brandy next time.

Iowa Pork Steak

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
