This is a great recipe!! I took the advice from some other reviewers and tweaked a bit of the ingredients around to round out the flavors. I added one chopped onion, 1 cubed red potato, about 1 tsp oregano, increased the garlic from 1 to 3 cloves, added a bit of ditalini at the end, changed the broth to 32 oz of beef stock, cut out the salt, and used half sweet, half hot sausage. I would recommend using all hot sausage as that had the best flavor and using diced tomatoes rather than the stewed tomatoes. The spinach and zucchini are great additions to this recipe and it's really a keeper!
