Buffalo Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
ok this recipe is good but what bothers me is the name I am from Buffalo and we would NEVER use ranch its blue cheese dressing all the way here with this types of recipe or anything chicken wing related yeah we actually just say chicken wing in Buffalo and not Buffalo wings like everywhere else which seems silly to us so I don't like my city name associated with something thats not even made the way we would make it but I agree about the franks hot sauce thats the best and what most people in Buffalo use.So if you're gonna make a true "Buffalo chicken salad" use bleu cheese

Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
these were really good but I did add green peppers, onions, black olives and pepper jack cheese also when I make quesadillas I only spread the filling on half of the tortilla then I fold it in half spray each side with cooking spray then pan fry this makes it much easier to flip in the pan then keep warm in the oven if needed

Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2010
these are the best biscuits I have ever had and super easy to make but I did double the recipe and use a regular size muffin pan. These would be amazing with any meal especially fried chicken, YUM!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
This really wasn't that good I was suprised to see all the good reviews for it. I even added some things to it as some reviews suggested its very tasteless & no one in my family wanted it. I will never make this again!

Mexican Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
This is by far the best mexican rice I have ever had even better than at any restaurant I've ever been to. I followed the instructions but I also took the advice of some of the reviews and added some home tac seasoning(which on took 2 minutes to make) and I also added a pack of sazon. I also always make my own chicken broth out of hot water and chicken base(not cubes) whenever a recipe calls for broth. I add about one teaspoon of base per cup of hot water. I find already prepared broth is very flavorless. Next time I make this rice I will also add gondules bean(pigeon peas) they are wonderful in rice.

Baked Hash Browns

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
let me start off by saying that this is a good & very simple recipe but I had to take off 2 stars because its extremely greasy almost overpowering & also its a bit on the mushy side. I will make this again but next time I will soak up most of the grease with a papertowel before I add the cheese and I will also cook at 400-450 degrees for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking before cheese is added in order to crisp up the potatoes a little more
