I made this recipe for my mom's Greek-themed birthday party. It was mild enough that the elderly people and children in attendance enjoyed it. I don't have a food processor, so I used my blender. Not ideal, but it works! Like others, I cut back on the oil. In fact, I used some of the liquid from the cans of garbanzos to create the adequate consistency. I also substituted garlic-infused olive oil for the vegetable oil. This recipe is very delicious with Indian flatbread cut into wedges. Thank you Kris for a simple and satisfying recipe!
