Pumpkin Casserole
Very good stand by pie recipe sans the crust. We like it very well as a desert. I would chop the sugar in half though and use for a pork side dish in a heart beat (pork is the only time we can stand a little sweet with our meat) LOL

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Best I have had!!! Made it several times as stated, but then ran out of cloves one time and subbed a 1/2 tsp of all spice. Came out great. We might even like that one slightly better as some dont like the clove taste.
