Glazed Almond Bundt Cake

Gorgeous cake! I used half a cup of melted butter and half a cup of applesauce. I also used almond milk in place of the regular milk and reduced the sugar to 1 and half cups of brown sugar, but if you like a sweeter cake stick with 2 cups. I substituted half a cup of flour for half a cup of flax meal. Instead of creaming the butter and sugar I just melted the butter and mixed all the wet ingredients together and then gently stirred the dry ingredients in- like I do when I make muffins and it turned out truly AMAZING! I didn't bother with the glaze just dusted it with powdered sugar. I'll be making this cake again and again and again ..............

The best bread ever!! I add 2 tablespoons of flax meal and it turns out great. I use this recipe most weeks.

German Pancake with Buttermilk Sauce

AMAZING!! I added sliced banana on the bottom and that was delish. All the family loved it from the 2 year old to the 32 year old- it was a hit! So much faster than flipping pancakes and tastier. Thankyou so much!!!

The whole family loves this bread. It's fool proof, so easy to make and really great to change it up a bit. I add extras like pecans, cherries, cranberries, walnuts, whatever is in my cupboard really and it turns out amazing. I also use maple syrup sometimes if I have no honey and use whole wheat flour in place of the all-purpose- for extra fibre. Thanks for fantastic recipe. Just about to pop another loaf on now.....
