Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
I had to add a little bit more milk (1-2 teaspoons) to get the consistency I was looking for. other than that it was good!

Crisp Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
Bakes up great! I used snowflake cookie cutters with this but had to chill it almost a hour to get it to work well with a snowflake cut out. Also, do not bake these on an Airbake sheet, they will stick. Bake on dark metal sheets.

Chicken Potpie

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2011
Not bad at all! Very easy to make. I didn't have all the herbs on hand so I used a poultry seasoning that had the herbs mixed in already. To cut time and ingredients, I pick up a can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken in place of the milk, butter, and chicken broth. Another way to cut back on time and ingredients, I buy a can of home style biscuits and throw those on top of the chicken mix and they bake right up in the oven at the suggest temperature and time on the can.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2011
I'm Korean, and this is pretty similar to what my mother makes. Generally I just start the whole pot at once, but my mom said I could throw in the carrots a little later to keep them colored. Also, careful not to make the sauce too watery, it's supposed to be a little thicker.

Amusement Park Cornbread

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
I have been using Albers Yellow corn meal recipe (from the box) and was dissatisfied. This is the first corn bread recipe i tried other than Albers and is much more satisfied with it. The only thing i did different was cut 1 Tbsp of butter and substituted the milk with Soy milk. It still turned out rather good, but im sure it would be better with real milk. mom liked it.
