I really like it but felt like it was missing something. Next time I think I'm going to make it with mushroom stock and see if it's better. I rarely use Chicken stock in my recipes because I'm a vegetarian but since I made this for my dad I decided to go according to recipe and then try some of it for myself. Also I didn't puree all the mushroom mixture I took about 3/4 cup of the mushroom/onion out and I garnished with a bit of parsley. I also used Crimini, Oyster, and Shiitake mushrooms for about 3 cups and the other 2 Button mushrooms.
