These are perhaps the moistest cookies I've ever made. All year long, I can't wait for Halloween and Thanksgiving to arrive so that I can indulge in all things pumpkin, so, these are right up my alley! I used the "Ghirardelli" semi-sweet chocolate chips, so, they turned out extra special! I give these cookies two thumbs up!
