Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Last night I seasoned it using "Lawrys seasoning salt with Paprika", "Lemon Pepper", A little bit of "Mrs Dash" and let it sit over night. I have a oval shapped crockpot, so I used 6 balls of aluminum. The meat was tender and not dry at all,Who would have thought that when i put it in that it was still partially frozen! I put it breast side down in the morning before going to work and By the time I got home The heavenly aroma was wonderful. It does in fact taste like roasterie chicken. Delicious!

Beef Stew IV
This recipie is really easy. I followed some of the other posts suggestions and added about 1 cup extra of water. I used 2 big carrots and 2 Big potatoes. We ate this with rice and my picky 2 1/2 yr old daughter loved it. It is very good and I would deffinately make this again, The meat in addition was ver tender. Thank you!
