Being on the SB diet for a week, I was craving SOMETHING sweet for dessert, so I finally tried this. After a bit of "doctoring" it was decent enough, considering what I had to work with. I wouldn't serve it to anyone who had another choice, but I'd make it again. I tried it as written (except for espresso powder, had none) and decided to add a small dab of natural peanut butter (no sugar) and some more splenda and cocoa. The chocolate chips added a lot to it. But if you're not on SB or another diet with similar restrictions - find another great recipe on this site.
