The Best Lemon Bars
All of us loved these bars! I did use 3 lemons instead of 2 and added an extra tbsp of flour to the filling mixture because of the extra lemon juice. These were truly incredible and the cookie bottom was perfection! Don't forget to sift powdered sugar on top after they cool down (wasn't noted in recipe). Will definitely make these again!
