Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Oh my GOODNESS. This comes out flawless every time I make it. No amount of words will be able to tell you how good this is. I'm such a sucker for creamy tomato sauces anyway, so this one really hits home. The last time I made this I had 2 pints of cherry tomatoes that were about to go bad, so I roasted them along with some garlic & mashed them up once they were soft and juicy and I used that mixture instead of adding the cans of tomato sauce, like the recipe calls, & wow! It was so delicious. We almost always try a different kind of sausage with this recipe too & it always turns out great.

French Toast Casserole
Don't let the name fool you.. this recipe tastes nothing like French Toast. It tastes like egg custard, which I hate... I'll never make it again. I baked it for an hour until it was done all the way through. The thing is.. I love quiches and casseroles.. but really.. Stay away.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
Hands down THE best whipped cream I've ever had! It's so light and fluffy & very easy to make. I put this on top of some red velvet cupcakes I made, because I don't like the cream cheese / sour cream traditional icing that normally goes on them. This proved to be a perfect match for my cupcakes! I didn't change a thing about the recipe & it came out wonderfully!
