I love to cook good food that people can't get enough of. I like to mix flavors to get a truly fantastic dish every time. I used to cook low fat, low sugar, and low carb until I discovered Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Now I focus on cooking Traditional, Real Food. Lard is our friend. :-)
My favorite things to cook
anything that has real, traditional food as the main ingredients. I only use pasture-based meats, prefer grass-fed dairy, and am working on sprouting all my grains and beans.
