This is the pepper with the most authentic Chinese flavor; it's super easy to make and the sauce is to die for! If you want more sauce (and you probably will) just add corn starch (not flour!) mixed with some of the gravy with some beef broth, combine well and pour into the steak and pepper mixture. Smooth and flawless! Can't thank you enough for posting this recipe; I'll be making it quite often!
