Roast Salmon With Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2013
The best recipe I've ever gotten from this website. The only thing I did different is take out the rosemarybecause I don't care for it.

Awesome just the way it is! I make it at least once a year. Anyone who loves gingerbread will like it.

Sour Cream Chicken

Chicken is moist and creamy and the hint of wine is what makes this a real 5 star!

Aunt Jules' Balsalmic Chicken with Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
I really liked this recipe. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star is because I feel the chicken breast should be marinated in balsamic vinegar for at least 4 hours if not preferably overnight. By doing this the chicken would be more tender and moist. Besides having more flavor.

Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
Loved this recipe. Its healthy, tasty, AND easy to make! I served it with brown rice. Another great thing about this recipe is it tastes even better the next day because all the different flavors have time to blend together.

Foil Barbecued Trout with Wine

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
I used this recipe on Steelhead (which is just trout that's spent time in saltwater). The flavors were light and subtle so the fish was the real focus. I used a Pinot Grigio wine and baked it in the oven instead at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes. Healthy and simple to make.

Barbequed Steelhead Trout

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
I baked this in the oven for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees F. The amount of barbeque sauce was just perfect. I hate eating any sort of meat where its swimming in barbeque sauce to the point that's all you can taste. This recipe is not like that at all. Tasty.

Momma's Wine Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
I made this recipe with yellow cake mix instead of white because I like it better. I also only used 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg because I wanted only a hint of it. I felt a whole teaspoon was too much. For the wine I used a Riesling because its my favorite. I served it with whip cream and strawberries (Riesling goes great with strawberries). My sister who doesn't even like sweets even loved it. She described is as a sophisticated shortcake with the hint of nutmeg and wine flavor. I will continue to make this again and again because its easy, tastes amazing, and very affordable.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

The only difference between my grandma's recipe and this is it uses a 1/4 cup more sugar. Really brought me back to my childhood.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
I made this recipe with some small changes. Instead of using garlic powder I added one tsp. minced garlic in the marinade. This is a great idea for someone who prefers fresh garlic to the powdered. I used regular pepper on the salmon and to get the lemon taste I added one tbs. of lemon juice to the marinade.

The salmon was just okay. The butter was out of this world. I think the butter would go great with grilled prawns.
