Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I made some substitutions but it came out delicious! I only made 1 chicken so I used all the spices on just the 1 chicken. I didn't have onion powder or white pepper so I doubled both garlic powder and black pepper. Yum.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

SOOOO good. Couldn't believe how tasty these were. I did not use butter - all you need to do is spray the dish you use to cook them in instead. I also added some minced garlic. Will definitely make these again.

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

I love this shrimp scampi dish and so do my guests. I do make a few changes that I feel make this dish easier and tastier. I never add the avocado, the parsley or the cheese. I use an entire onion cut into strips, not minced and I usually double the sauce. Sometimes I put a little extra Worcestershire in there too. It comes out so good!!

Maple Salmon

Very delicious, fast and easy. I make this quite often. Sometimes I use brown sugar in place of the maple syrup since it's cheaper but always double the sauce!!!

Amazing! I always substitute chives for green onions. You also don't need the peanut or the sesame oil if you don't have any you can use regular oil.

I love chocolate but I agree with other reviewers that there was too much cocoa powder in this recipe. The frosting though is delicious but I cut the sugar in the cream cheese frosting by half.

Fabulous Fried Cabbage

Best way to eat cabbage. For a little extra flavor, cut up an onion and throw it in with the cabbage when cooking!
