My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
Wow!! I very rarely rate a recipe, but this one is easy and good. I took the suggestions of some of the others and used a large disposable (lasagna) pan. I popped the popcorn using a hot air popper that uses 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels per batch. I made two batches and this ended up being the perfect amount. My children kept sneaking pieces when it was trying to cool. This recipe is going to become a part of my Christmas baking each year and going into my heirloom cookbook. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Refreshing Lemonade
I did have to make a few adjustments due to running out of Splenda, but it turned out great. Used 1 cup of Splenda and 3/4 cup sugar and followed the recipe otherwise as directed. Made it for our 4th of July celebration and everyone including the kids are raving about it.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies turned out very nice. They had a very good flavor and were nice and thick. The outside of the cookie was crisp while the inside was chewy. I used margarine since I didn't have any butter and I did not melt it first. I just creamed it with the sugars. I did refrigerate the dough after it was mixed, but only because it was going to be just a little while before I was ready to bake. I did have to cook them longer than 15 minutes, but it may have been my oven. I do recommend this recipe as do all 4 of my children.
