Baked Teriyaki Chicken
My family loved this! I added a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and it added just enough of a kick to the sauce! Like one reviewer suggested, I poured half the sauce over the boneless thighs, covered and baked for about 30 mins at 400 degrees. Then I uncovered and baked 30 mins longer, basting every 10 minutes. The sauce thickened up nicely and the chicken was delicious over a bed of steamed jasmine rice. Thanks for sharing, I will definitely make this again!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I loved these cookies. I usually follow the recipe on the back of the Toll House package, but lately have found them to come out "cakey". I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and added corn starch to my flour, but other than that, followed the recipe as written. They turned out nice and chewy, definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
This recipe should be named "Rick's SUPREME Buttercream Frosting! It is the best tasting, lightest, fluffiest buttercream frosting I have ever eaten. The key to success with this recipe is to let it mix for a minimum of ten minutes. I used half butter/shortening, and 3/4 cup cream and got exactly the texture, taste, and consistency I was wanting. Try this, you won't regret it.
