Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
Excellent! I used less cheese to lower the fat content and I only used mozzarella since I didn't have any provolone, and whole grain pasta.. Still came out really good!!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
We used to pay around 8 bucks when we go out for dinner to get this! I tried this recipe and my husband loved it! We both had seconds! The only thing is that I felt that it had a very eggy taste.. Maybe because my eggs were too large?

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
This was very good but didn't have enough sauce. I also took the advice of other reviewers and added mushrooms and decreases the amount of brown sugar by 1/2 at least. Overall, it was very tasty but needed some tweaks.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Excellent recipe! I decreased the mushrooms, added oregano and some Italian seasoning mix, used veggie broth and no wine (I didn't gave any), and added black beans to make it a main dish. It was soo good! It was my first time making risotto and my husbands first time eating it and we both loved it!

Hummus III

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
This was an excellent recipe for hummus but I found it a little bit too salty. Next time I would use 3/4 tsp salt. And make sure you blend it in the food processor long enough to make it extra creamy!

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
I actually veganized this recipe and it turned out great! I didn't have any celery so I used one potato in place to make it a little filling and I topped it off with some cilantro. Overall, great basic recipe!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2015
I used 1 cup of crisco, 3 cups of sugar, 2 tbs of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla to make a vegan light and less sweet vegan version. I'm yet to try the recipe as is.
