cooked all my life, started around 11yrs old, now 69, wow long time. my son became a chef when he was 19yrs old, he learned the love of food from me, we have sensitive taste buds the smell is important using spices, and wine, good wine works wonders.keep experimenting it gets so much better!
My favorite things to cook
too many dishes are my favorite, love fish especially trout!
My favorite family cooking traditions
have a clean kitchen, clean utinsels, clean trash pails, never wipe a knife on side of trash pail! try mixing all nationalities together food comes out so good, avoid some italian dishes too much tomato sauce can kill flavor of asian and french cooking..
My cooking triumphs
i have to say no one ever complained about my food, think having sensitive taste buds is a blessing, and I don't smoke a blessing for a cook...
My cooking tragedies
baking is a problem i forget what was in the oven..just bought another timer very loud...
